Removable drive files and folders not showing up

With 'E:\' set in Tool>Options>Folders the only items Everything finds are 'E:' and one folder.

There are 5 other folders and 6 individual files on the E: drive Everything does not see. Do I need to change some settings?

Are you excluding hidden/system files and folders?
Do you have any exclude filters, folders or files?

I don’t seem to be able to see any files on my flash drive, F:\. I use the Tools, Options, Volume commands. I’ve tried using various form of F: No luck.

Try being polite.Using bold , over sized letters can be equivalent to shouting which is not needed in this forum.
Tools>>Options >>Folders . Click Add to select and add your F: drive.Press Apply and Ok. See whether the drive is reflected now.

Your answer, while possibly correct, uses a term - Folders - which does not appear on my menu. You have either a very old version, or a very new version of Search Everything. I have gone to the - Volumes - command, but that doesn’t work.

Well then try Tools>>Options>>Indexes>>Folders. Since all the items were already expanded , thought you would find it out.

You will need to convert your flash drive to NTFS to index it with Everything.

Evidently, I have a very old version of Everything, Version 1.2.1.371, Copyright 2005-2009.

I have several backup flash drives, one for daily, two for semi-monthly, and one for monthly. They are either 8 GB or 16 GB. I probably will never fill them up with my docx’s and xlsx’s. I do use Everything on a daily basis for my 1 TB fixed drive. I have some docx’s, such as this unsaved file in Word, that I want to delete.

At this time I’m not comfortable converting my flash drives to NTSF format using Windows 7.
