Everything takes over -tiny7-

When you are browsing in folders and you tap ''W'' to go to folders starting with ''W'' instead the search pane takes over and searches everything in that folder starting with ''W''

I just want it the old way that when i tap a key i get guided to the row of folders starting with that particular key.. (instead of search finding me everything starting with that particular letter)

Anyone know how to fix this?

It must be thanks to everything cause i have windows search disabled... but when i close everything i still have the same problem..

Unless you should hit the TAB key first, then 'W' ?

when i want to browse a folder looking for something and i tap a letter to go to the row of folders beginning with it, it goes straight to the search box disallowing me to go to the row of folders starting with that letter, help, please

I'm still missing it, but if you're in the Search box, hit a TAB, you're then in the results list, then just type 'W' or whatever string (starting string) you're looking for.

BTW, what is "-tiny7-" ?
