What does the option "Include USN journal in recent changes" really mean? I cannot find in help, and cannot find by searching online. Anyone can explain more? Thanks!

I think it is a feature to track recent changes , not a very important feature to have though some may like. You can search for discussions in this site. If enabled the listing of items is slightly delayed.....
