Should I or shouldn't I "Run as Administrator"?

Yesterday my startup wanted me to choose to run as administrator (which I did), but since then, every startup it asks me if I want to enable Everything. I Don't get that. Obviously, it's in my start routine, so why is it asking this, and how to get it to stop. Thanks for help.

Please choose install the Everything Service:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the General tab on the left.
• Check Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything
• Uncheck Run as administrator.
• Check Everything Service. (Please make sure this is tick-checked and not square-checked)
• Click OK.
• Exit Everything (right click the Everything tray icon and click Exit).
• Restart Everything.
