oh, i was doing whatever...
went to sort by Path
(highlighting works well that way, it would clearly point out temporary files i needed to delete)

i didn't see the sort sort
so i clicked Path again (thinking i missed actually hitting it the first time)
& crash

otherwise, nothing out of the ordinary, particularly
(i had been using my UNIQ filter a good bit...)

I am looking into the issue.

This crash appears to be database corruption.

The mini crash dumps show Everything crashing when trying to retrieve an invalid database object.

It could be related to the result list tooltip and header controls.
It could be related to stale results from a UNIQ search. (1288 might help here)

Could you please try forcing a rebuild:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Indexes tab on the left.
• Click Force Rebuild.
• Click OK.

If Everything crashes for you again, could you please send me another mini crash dump?
