When I install a programme, I sometimes like to see the files that have been created/modified. I usually do this by checking dm:lastxmins and/or dc:lastxmin .
Would it be possible for Everything just to show the files that have been created/modified pertaining to the installation?

Please try the Index Journal
The Index Journal will only log a few recent changes.
You can increase your maximum Index Journal size under Tools -> Options -> Index.

dm:>installation-date

Thanks, I know how to monitor the changes, but what I'm trying to do is just get the results from a particulkar installation.
If there are a lot of other creations and modifications going on at the same time there ca be quite a lot of results to plough through.
I can whittle it down a bit by setting up some omissions but this still leaves quite a few unwanted results.

Do note that this is not a catch-all - because no telling where an installer will throw files...

Yes, thanks, I've used folderchangesview, but, as you say, it's not specific enough...I've also tried uninstall programmes, bu they don't monitor all the files created.
Regarding read permissions, I forgot about that. Does Everything bypass read permissions?
Do you know how I can enable read permissions for a whole drive or is it not a good idea from a security standpoint?
