How do you mean keep the folder structure?

A file list contains the full path of each file/folder. (aka the folder structure)
When you open or index a file list in Everything, the folder structure is preserved.

Do you mean the folder structure when browsing the EFU file as text?

Sorry for the bad expression.

May be such is called tree respectively tree view? So the same view you have in a file manager, you can see one level at a time, may be it is the hierarchical structure I mean:

Yes, I would think that is it. So one could open the files, folders by duoble clicking on them on go to the next, upper, lower level.
