Uncheck Automatically include new volumes and include only your USB stick / SD card:
  • In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
  • Click the FAT tab on the left. (if using Everything 1.5)
  • Uncheck Automatically include new fixed volumes
  • Uncheck Automatically include new removable volumes .
  • Uncheck Automatically remove offline volumes.
  • For each FAT volume:
    • Uncheck Include in database. (Leave the desired USB Stick/SD Card checked)
  • Click the Network drives tab on the left. (if using Everything 1.5)
  • Uncheck Automatically include new network drives.
  • Uncheck Automatically remove offline volumes.
  • For each Network drive:
    • Uncheck Include in database.
  • Click the NTFS tab on the left.
  • Uncheck Automatically include new fixed volumes
  • Uncheck Automatically include new removable volumes
  • Uncheck Automatically remove offline volumes.
  • For each NTFS volume:
    • Uncheck Include in database.
  • Click the ReFS tab on the left.
  • Uncheck Automatically include new fixed volumes
  • Uncheck Automatically include new removable volumes
  • Uncheck Automatically remove offline volumes.
  • For each ReFS volume:
    • Uncheck Include in database.
  • For Everything 1.4 only, click the Folder tab on the left.
  • Click Add....
  • Select your USB Stick / SD Card and click OK.
  • Click OK.

You may wish to do this in a new unique Everything instance.
