Everything Server running as a service

So, if I well understand, if I want to have the Everything Server running as a service I have to give up with the GUI. In that case, the Everything Server will run only while the Everything app is actively run by at least one logged user on the server machine, is that right?

You can run the GUI with the Everything Server, just run the GUI in another instance.
