hello again, lets say there is a series of 3 or more duplicate files found and another set of duplicates which have 5 files found and I want to like "mark the specific file" by highlighting the row or marking the file at a specific path is there such a feature?

Currently, no.
Everything does not have an option to highlight the name/path based on a filter that differs to your search.
