Just wondering if there is a way to use Everything to catalogue usb drives, so that if I had 10 usb drives, i was able to view the file names without having to insert each volume.
I am currently using Virtual Volume View, which works OK, but is no longer developed, and seems to be having problems with only a few 2tb volumes (it stops responding for 20 seconds at a time after changing the view from one volume to another).
I see there is an add-in for Everything called 'Index This', but it states 'database will not be written to disk', so I dont think this is what I am looking for.
