Omitting results of files in specified folders

I seem to recall a discussion in this forum about implementing a feature in Everything to not display files in specified folders, by selecting the folder in the results list and then taking some option.

Was this ever implemented?

I can see an entry for "Assistant" in the context menu of folders in the results list. However there isn't anything like an "omit" function there.

Please try the following:

Hold down Shift while right clicking an item and click Omit/Temporarily omit.

From the Index menu, check Enable Omit Results.
Right click an item and click Omit/Temporarily omit.
