Although there are thousands of settings, the number any individual alters isn't going to be so large.

Under "Tools - Import and Export Settings..." can I recommend there be a tickbox ("Only modified settings") to just export the modified settings which will result in a small file that is more future-proof than all the settings. It would also make it very easy to open and edit off lines prior to an import, particularly to remove the drives elements, which is very difficult for a full export.

because "Show only modified settings" already exists under the advanced settings I would presume the code to do this filtering is already available for reuse.

In a related suggestion was the idea of the settings file Everything-1.5a.ini being separated into two files, of computer related and generic settings, so the generic settings can be used to automatically update setups on other computers. It could be that there could be a second tickbox on the Export settings called "Exclude computer-specific settings" (or a droplist with 3 entries offering generics, drives or both) which at outset would just export the items found under Tools - Options - Advanced rather than including the drive settings currently included, I presume since Tools - Options - Advance already does this then the logic must already be present.

It could be that when Everything saves Everything-1.5a.ini it just needs to save modified options anyway.
