Add filter to Everything for Windows

First off THANKS for developing this tool!!! Saves a ton of time!

One thing that would be awesome, for me anyway, would be to be able to pass a filter as a parameter. If this already exists please point me in to the right direction.

Here is the use case:

I use http://www.launchy.net to launch programs. Being able to pass the search filter would stream line the process.
