The official Search Syntax had says the "Date Syntax" format is

month/year
day/month/year

But actually it is

year/month
year/month/day

it had misguided me and will misguide others in the future.

The syntax help will show day/month/year.
However, Everything will actually use your locale settings for the day/month/year order.
