everything not starting with windows 7

Enabling "start everything on system startup" in the option has no effect
I tried creating a shortcut in the Startup folder in the windows start menu but that still won't help.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

You will need to use the true administrator account.
Or
you will need to run "Everything" from the Task Scheduler
