Is there any way in Windows 8.1 or in Search Everything to increase the font size of found items in the search panel?
...ah, without increasing the size of EVERYTHING. I have adjusted hundreds of things to make them readable (for me), so if I change resolution or the Windows text size percent control, hundreds of things will get too big--plus it invokes mucho horizontal scrolling.
Font size in the Window
Re: Font size in the Window
Everything.ini has stuff like:
result_list_font=
result_list_font_size=
search_edit_font=
search_edit_font_size=
status_bar_font=
status_bar_font_size=
header_font=
header_font_size=
Exit Everything, mess around with various settings, start Everything & see if it suits.
Otherwise, I imagine there's a FAQ around to give you more details?

Re: Font size in the Window
Thanks indeed! I will play around with this.
Do agree with commenter in the other thread...some font control in Tools>Options would be nice for the MANY people who have some degree or other of vision problems--especially now that monitors are such high resolution,
