UNABLE to install on Windows 8! "Windows SmartScreen has pre

I am UNABLE to install Everything on my Windows 8 tablet!! I ALWAYS get a message, "Windows SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting." with just an "okay" button. NO OPTION to allow the installation or ANYTHING!!!

I don't use 8, & I have no idea what "smart screen" is (but it doesn't sound so smart)?

Anyhow, what if you download the ZIP version, unzip it & place a shortcut on your desktop (or is that, tablettop?)?


(I also no nothing of "tablets".)
