Because my hdd is slowly, so I hope if possible only index just when I think need.

I don't know whether is it a bug:

I just selected "Auto include new fixed volumes",

but when I plug a USB Disk, it also index the USB Disk partition.

You can manage the indexed volumes from Tools -> Options -> Indexes.

NTFS volumes are automatically included.
You can disable this from Tools - Options -> NTFS -> Uncheck Auto included fixed volumes.

USB Disks, while removable, are treated as fixed volumes by Windows.
