There is no format in the icon. 20x20-RGB/A and 40x40-RGB/A.
So it vague (not cutting) in Windows 10.
Correct.
I do my own icon and then OK.

Added to my TODO list: add 20x20, 40x40, 64x64, 96x96 and 128x128 icon.
