Mouse Wheel Scrolling Broken?

With version 1.4.1.877 (x64) I have noticed that mouse wheel scrolling works great until I sort by the path column. Once I do that it stops working. I'm not sure if I've broken something via configuration or what. If I bring up an Everything window and search for results, mouse wheel scrolling works great. The second I sort by the path, it stops working.

Edit: One more thing I've noticed. I'm using Windows 10 Creators Update. When I bring up the Everything window I get the Green Game DVR notification on top of the window "Press Win-G to broadcast your Game". Scrolling still works until I sort. If I change focus to another window and back, after sorting, mouse wheel scrolling works again.

No such scrolling problems here in 1.4.1.877 (x64) under Creators Update Build 15063.540
with a Logitech mouse.
You should disable that useless Game bar
