This is how the options window looks like on the "Exclude" tab:
As you can see the window is too narrow to completely display the three buttons to add a folder/file/filter.
If I would have translated the labels the buttons would even read "hinzufügen" instead of just "zufügen" so they would be even wider.
I suggest making the window wider or even better make the width adjust itself based on the contents.
