I'm very much in favour of this idea as well. Being able to dock a search box somewhere (either the taskbar or next to the window buttons on the active app at top right), and immediately type a search term, followed by Everything popping up a list of results as we type, would take this tool from being simply wonderful to being THE essential tool on Windows (a distinction currently held, in my opinion, by Total Commander).

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give this some consideration. If donations will help I'll do that gladly.
