I search for "d: samples" on a hdd.
On the drive are about 50000 files and 10000 folders.
The search returns around 2000 folders and 3000 files.
I select 1900 folders and directly delete without going to the recycle bin.
The explorer shows the progress until abound 98% and then stops.
At this time, the everything gui shows "not responding" in the title.
I can wait for minutes and nothing happens. When I force close the everything task, explorer immediately finishes.
Everything runs with admin rights without service

Re: Everything unresponsive and blocks explorer
Thanks for the bug report.
Everything is most likely busy updating the index due to these folders being deleted.
It is possible this is hanging onto a file handle, preventing the deletion from completing.
If you would like, please send a mini crash dump to confirm.
