Something has uninstalled 'Everything'. Only the exe file.
Anti-virus ? Administrator ?

Hi! I have the same issue today. "Everything search" was eaten by antivirus Trend Micro Security Agent and recognized as spy program PUA.Win32.FileSearcher.D. I was used this tool for many years together with antivirus and now this... I set "everything.exe" to exemption list but it didn't help.

Everything does not contain any spyware, malware or viruses.

Trend Micro is removing the Installer for Everything 1.4.1.969 and flagging it as PUA.Win32.FileSearcher.C.
PUA = Potentially Unwanted Application.

I'm in communication with Trend Micro and am in the process of having Everything reclassified.

For now, Trend Micro recommends adding Everything to your whitelist:
main console -> gear -> exception list (option on left) -> choose application / program white list.

Or lowering your detection level to normal/medium.

Please try the latest nightly build, later versions and earlier versions are not flagged.

If you had followed the recommendation of adding Everything to your whitelist
it would not have blocked it again.

In my opinion, it takes Trend Micro a lot of time to fix this (first reported on 11 July) .

If everyone with issues would start reporting these to Trend Micro, that might create some extra pressure to help solving this.

All added, exe filename and location path, have no idea why it doesn't work, probably admin of my company limited this function

I spoke with Trend Micro last week, they were looking into reclassifying "Everything".
They said it would take up to 7 business days.
I haven't heard from them yet.

There are reports of the x86 version working.

Please politely let Trend Micro know Everything from voidtools is not unwanted by submitting a ticket.
