Feature Request: Multithreaded Multiple Disk Index

Now that SSD's are getting incredibly fast, and we have NVME drives reaching insane speeds, can we get an option to index all drives at once, not in a row? I feel a beefy multicore system with multiple NVME drives would see the Everything load time to reindex speed up quite a bit if it could work on multiple disks at once (be even neater if it could do it using multiple different CPU cores)
