1. every time it startup it speed long time to load database and scan disk, i can not search any thing before it finished. should it update database in background and when update finished give a message?
2. i can see sorting file name show at status bar
3. duplication result
the same file will display twice in result. i noticed that the duplication is the folder i have add to (options/indexing/folder/folder list). should it give an check option for it only display unique result when checked.

It sounds like you are indexing normally & then also using the File List feature for the same drive(s) causing the duplication you're seeing.
If a particular drive is NTFS formatted, it should be able to be read directly, with no reason for it to also have a File List of the same.
