How to keep metadeta of removable drives?

I have the "keep index of offline drives" option set to 1 because I want to index my offline drives so that I remember which file is on which drive. When I remove the external drive, the size of the files of those drives as well as other data are blank. How can I keep this information in the database?

Currently, Everything doesn't index this information.
Sizes and dates are cached when they are displayed. Press F5 to refresh this information.

Indexing sizes and dates will be available in Everything 1.4.

As Void wrote Everything does not index this information, but you can use the "File List" then all metadata is preserved - but you have to manually update each change.
