To search for content in a particular folder in Windows Explorer, when I click Everything in context menu, everything runs and Explorer shuts down at the same time.
Also, when Everything is running, simply right-click on the file in the Explorer causes the Explorer to shut down.
I am using everything version 1.5.0.1.1281a / 1.4.1.1005 and both have the same problem.

Re: Explorer shutdown problem with context menu
Can you list off any other software you have installed that uses shell extensions, system hooks, otherwise embedded in windows explorer?
Re: Explorer shutdown problem with context menu
I guess you have a misbehaving Context menu extension installed.
Use the ShellExView from NirSoft and disabling all or some none-Microsoft extensions
to find the culprint.

Could you name the extension in case someone else mentions it in the future?vantablack wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 4:10 pm Yes!! it happened because of the another extension.
