Multi-Rename - of directories, with locked file

if file is open in 1 of the directories
(& perhaps ? depending on order of directory names & from which directory particular file is open ?)
[seems that is probably not the case, simply all that can be renamed are, & the 1 that can't isn't]

on the "locked" directory:

Access denied.

- with only an OK/Cancel option at that point
(both of which effect a "cancel")

- rather then having a Retry option available...
