Transparency for Filter Bar drop-down list

Would it be possible to add an option for making drop-down lists of Filter Bar transparent, to a degree chosen by a user?

This would allow to have this list unfolded all the way down [utilizing the whole vertical space available] while also being able to see dynamically applied changes in the main window when moving down / up the list of pre-defined Filters

And to make it move readable [to combat the ill effect of overlapping signs] a user could also be given ability to apply colors of choosing to the content of this drop-down menu [as it is already possible to adjust colors of items on the list in main window]

I will consider a transparency option for the filter bar dropdown list.

For now, please consider the following to avoid the dropdown list:
Ctrl + [ or Ctrl + ] to cycle through filters.
Setting a filter keyboard shortcut from Search menu -> Organize filter -> Select filter -> Edit -> Keyboard shortcut.
Pressing Ctrl + K to show the select filter dialog.
