Scrolling stops when hovering over a long path,
this is very strange,
you need to dodge the mouse cursor from the "path" column - because if you stop the cursor moving for 2 seconds you won't be able to scroll anymore

I haven't had any success in reproducing the issue my end.
(win7, win10, win11)

What mouse software are you using?

I will forward tooltip mouse wheel events to the focused window in the next alpha update.
