All instances of file not found

Running both Everything 1.2.1.371 Portable and Everything 1.3.0.632b Portable on Windows 7 x64 SP1.
When I search for services.msc Everything instantly finds:

services.msc C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-s..cessnapin.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_en-us_003408aa160fce5b\services.msc
services.msc C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-servicessnapin_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_2b58d44b5f6beb8a\services.msc
services.msc C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-s..cessnapin.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_en-us_a4156d265db25d25\services.msc
services.msc C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-servicessnapin_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_cf3a38c7a70e7a54\services.msc

But, I can"t get it to find (display):

services.msc C:\Windows\System32\services.msc

If I try match path or just search System32 folder, it also doesn't find services.msc.
I know this file is in the System32 folder because I have the folder open in Windows Explorer and I can see it in there.

C:\Windows\System32\services.msc is a hard link.

Everything does not index these.

Not an end all, but may help.
Virtually all of Windows (Vista & up) is comprised of links.
