I have 'Everything' set up so that when it opens, I can immediately start typing in the search bar, with 'Document' being the
default filter.Sometimes I want a different filter I.E. 'Video'. Once I've typed my search query, is there a quick way
of selecting a new filter via the keyboard rather than having to use the mouse to click an option? I have the filter selection box next to the search box(see attachment) so ideally I would like to type my search query, then Tab to the filter box.

Re: Choose filter using keyboard
To enable the filter bar as a tab stop:
- In Everything, type in the following search and press ENTER:
/filters_tab_stop=1
- In Everything, from the Search menu, click Organize filters....
- Select a filter and click Edit.
- Click to the right of Keyboard shortcut and press a new keyboard shortcut.
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
